Great vibe but needs some TLC

Spent a night here and the vibe was nice, especially on the rooftop with great views. The music was a highlight! The room felt a bit cramped and had an odd smell, which was kinda disappointing. But I enjoyed the food at the bar and the staff were super friendly. Could use a thorough clean though.

I had a lovely stay at La Maison Royale. The rooftop pool views were fine, and the masala tea tasted amazing. Although the lighting in my room felt a bit dim, the friendly staff made me feel at home throughout my visit.

The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Fixtures appeared outdated and poorly maintained. The lighting in the room was overly harsh, making relaxation difficult. Room layout felt cramped and inefficient overall.

More fun than I expected!

The dining experience was delightful with efficient service and a varied menu that satisfied our cravings. The spacious deluxe queen room featured a spectacular bathroom and the softest bed I found during six weeks in Africa. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

The gym equipment was in good condition.

The curtains in my room were hanging loosely, allowing too much light in, which disrupted my sleep. Additionally, the front desk staff could greatly improve their mood. they seemed gloomy and unwelcoming during my check-in and check-out. This experience made my stay feel less enjoyable and left me feeling uncomfortable.

While the comfort and cleanliness were commendable, the inconsistent upkeep affected the overall impression. Despite these issues, I would consider returning for the great location and hospitality.
